When I went to pick a puppy out since Vinnie swears they are against puppy-mills, I noticed they where dodgy about breeders, I was told all the info would be in my puppy packet but it was not and all emails have been ignored.
Vinnies Bow wow will not let you know or meet the puppies parents or breeders that made them.
